Develop a stronger number sense and problem-solving ability at the Mental Arithmetic Club! This club is designed to further challenge the Year 2 students in Kindergarten who are already talented in and enthusiastic towards mathematics. The club will cover key subject areas including number and place value, adding, subtraction, multiplication and division, fractions, measurement, geometry, properties of shapes, position and direction, and statistics, as well as developing future life skills such as problem solving and logical reasoning. All of this, whilst of course having lots of fun, through songs, mystery investigations, games, and real-life scenarios!
